The second session of this series will explore how to approach continuity, how to talk about continuity and how to have meaningful discussions with leadership. Leadership understanding and buy-in are essential to a successful business continuity plan and program. Additionally, this session will highlight the intersection of emergency management and business continuity. The speaker will explore how business continuity can augment existing hospital emergency operations plans and to assist in disaster recovery and the return of normal operations.
