Summary of the 2024 Session of the Missouri General Assembly

The Missouri General Assembly adjourned its 2024 legislative session May 17. MHA prepared an issue brief summarizing legislation of interest to hospitals, health systems and health care providers, including bills both passed and defeated.

Gov. Parson will act on appropriations bills before the Monday, July 1, start of state fiscal year 2025. Substantive bills must be acted upon by July 15.
