Overview

Not all conflict is bad. During this virtual session, the discussion will not revolve around conflict-resolution techniques. Instead, participants will identify their preferred way of dealing with conflict and how resolution resides within their perspective of conflict. Without conflict, how can leaders expect to improve at anything?

Objectives

Speaker

Mike Freel, Ph.D., is the health care program director at Bellevue University’s College of Arts and Sciences. He has a professional health care background and experience in corporate organization and employee development. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Education Advisory Group for the Nebraska Hospital Association. He earned his doctorate in human resources development, focusing on leadership and organizational change, from the University of Nebraska.
