Before joining Impact4Health, she worked at a nationally ranked pediatric hospital, overseeing the organization’s health equity investments, including a landmark expansion of primary care into under-resourced communities and a $125 million fundraising campaign.
Maria Hernandez, Ph.D., is a thought leader in health equity with more than 25 years of experience in diversity, equity and inclusion. She is a sought-after speaker by the American Hospital Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. In addition to developing the Inclusion Scorecard for Population Health in early 2017, she also has worked on the design of the Inclusive Leader 360- a first-ever measure of how often leaders are using key behaviors consistently linked to creating a culture of inclusion.
Stephanie Hillman, MNPL, is a health care industry practitioner of more than 25 years focused on bringing the voice of patients to decision-makers. A Senior Executive Consultant with Impact4Health, she leads the practice for using the Inclusion Scorecard for Population Health, an online assessment to support health equity initiatives. Before working with Impact4Health, Stephanie held several senior leadership roles at a pediatric nonprofit hospital and an adult public hospital.
