Learn how to use Microsoft Planner to track operational processes, such as scheduling follow-ups and planning meetings. Planner provides an intuitive, collaborative and visual task management experience for getting the work done. You will learn how to manage and monitor team tasks in a shared location, including how to create and set up your Planner board to track stages by days of the week, months, sprints or more. It’s a new experience in Microsoft 365 to organize projects.

This session will bring alertness to situational and environmental awareness in both personal and professional aspects of your life. An individual’s ability to recognize and assess threats and hazards is a critical element to protecting yourself and others. The ability to assess potential threats and hazards, and then know how to act upon identification, is vital to maintaining your health and safety.
Situational awareness is used when making decisions at home and work, and relies upon your individual understanding, training and experience, which allows us to understand what is going on around us and react accordingly. This course will provide a primer for you to explore your personal readiness for various aspects of your work, home and entertainment life.

- learn simple and complex measures that can be adopted at work and home to improve safety
- identify the importance of plans and considering possible outcomes in advance
- understand the prevalence of violence in society, in particular the current health care environment

- learn tools and tips to observe, recognize and evaluate potential risk and suspicious behaviors
