Tim Sackett

In the world of HR Technology and Work, we often get fixated on how technology and physical spaces around us will change the future of work. Generative AI (ChatGPT, Bard, etc.) has upended everyone’s thought process about what is possible. However, there is one giant variable we tend not to talk about, and that’s the evolution of the human component to work: the employee! As our technology and workspaces have evolved at a dizzying pace over the past few years, many of us have realized that our employees also have been changing. What does this mean for the future of work? The intersection of technology, work environments and our employees could have some very interesting outcomes for the future of work.
Tim Sackett is an HR Technology expert and author. In this keynote, he will break down the evolution of employees and what we can expect from future employees as artificial intelligence continues to automate many of the functions employees do today. The future of work is amazing, but will that future be amazing for everyone?

Health care organizations also benefit from participation in grant programs that create Registered Apprenticeships as a way to help offset the costs of on-the-job learning and training.
