*Appropriate attire for the convention is business casual for all sessions and events. On Wednesday evening, casual attire is appropriate. Business attire should be worn during the Installation and Recognition Banquet on Thursday evening.

Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All major credit cards, or a personal or company check, will be accepted to guarantee overnight reservations. To avoid charges to your credit card, cancellations must be made by Monday, Oct. 16. If you do not show for the indicated arrival date, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay and any remaining nights canceled. Room rates are $114 for standard rooms, $164 for one-bedroom suites, and $207 for two-bedroom suites.
