The Missouri Hospital Association’s 95th Annual Convention & Trade Show, held Nov. 1-3, at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, features nationally recognized speakers and provides six hours of direct contact with approximately 1,500 key hospital decision-makers, including CEOs and professionals in the areas of finance, operations, purchasing, patient care, support services and facility planning.

*Appropriate attire for the convention is business casual for all sessions and events. On Wednesday evening, casual attire is appropriate. Business attire should be worn during the Installation and Recognition Banquet on Thursday evening.

Personal Membership Groups are organizations affiliated with MHA that are primarily comprised of employees of MHA-member institutions or others who provide services to the hospital community. MHA provides organizational support and coordinates educational programming to promote professional growth within the various health professions.

PMG educational programs provide opportunities to network with colleagues and stay up-to-date on the latest health care trends specific to your profession. Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All major credit cards, or a personal or company check, will be accepted to guarantee overnight reservations. To avoid charges to your credit card, cancellations must be made by Monday, Oct. 16. If you do not show for the indicated arrival date, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay and any remaining nights canceled. Room rates are $114 for standard rooms, $164 for one-bedroom suites, and $207 for two-bedroom suites.

Deposits will be refunded only if your cancellation notice reaches Tan-Tar-A’s office by Oct. 16. Please make your hotel reservations early by calling 573/348-3131 or visiting www.tan-tar-a.com. Use the group access code “MHAR” to access group reservations.
