Gov. Parson signed into law three bills enacted in the 2021 state legislative session, which include House Bill 432, Senate Bill 53 and Senate Bill 26. The bills include various health care changes, as described in an excerpt from MHA’s issue brief summarizing the legislative session. Today is the final day for the governor to act on bills from the 2021 session.
