Staff Spotlight
Congratulations to Jill Schroeder on five years of service to HIDI!
Jill is the assistant to the Senior Vice President of Research, Data and Information Services. In her role, she supports the HIDI Strategic Advisory Committee, processes and tracks HIDI’s vendor and state partner contracts through MHA’s legal department, assists with preparation of proposals for potential HIDI clients, and proofs board and committee agenda material.
Jill loves supporting and being part of the whole HIDI team, which hospitals rely on to fulfill the state health data program mandates in Missouri, as well as hospitals in our partner states. These data then are used in analytic reports prepared by HIDI to help health care leaders make decisions that ultimately will improve the quality of care and patient safety throughout the nation.
Outside of work, Jill helps her husband on their family farm raising beef cattle for their cow-calf operation. She enjoys any outdoor activity, including gardening and kayaking. She loves spoiling her grandson and can’t wait to spoil another grandchild who is due to arrive in June.
