ADT Notification CoPs — Final Rule CMS Guidance and FAQs

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Interoperability and Patient Access final rule (CMS-9115-F) compliance requirements became effective May 1. In response to the final rule, CMS recently released guidance on changes to the Conditions of Participation for hospitals and critical access hospitals.
