Overview

For health care organizations to remain competitive in an evolving health care market, our leaders and organizations must be equipped to inspire others, think strategically and drive results during times of volatility, complexity and uncertainty. This series will provide health care professionals with the necessary training for responding and recovering with agility and resilience. This interactive virtual workshop series covers vital, valuable topics for successful leadership in a complex and ever-changing world.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

Speaker

Devin Lemoine is the owner and president of Success Labs, a strategic organizational and leadership development management consulting firm in Louisiana. For 20 years, Success Labs has worked with hundreds of companies, locally and nationally, to explore their business potential and improve their company and performance. Success Labs uses research-driven, competency-based processes for leadership development, coaching and strategic planning, and offers innovative ways for small and mid-sized companies to develop emerging leaders through their Management Incubator and Leadership Coaching Series. Lemoine’s experiences include creating custom leadership development, talent management and succession planning processes for local and global companies, including Woman’s Hospital, Louisiana Office of Public Health, Tulane School of Public Health-Tropical Medicine, Our Lady of the Lake-Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations, Louisiana Hospital Association, Terrebonne General Hospital and Blue Cross Blue Shield. She was the 2013 Baton Rouge Society of Human Resource Management Professional of the Year and a Baton Rouge Business Report 2016 Influential Women in Business recipient. Additionally, Success Labs made the 2016 LSU 100 list as one of the 100 fastest-growing companies throughout the world owned by LSU graduates.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

For cancellations received in writing before the established deadline date, the registrant will receive a full refund — minus a $25* processing fee per registrant. After the deadline date, no refunds will be granted. Registrants not in attendance will be responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged. We reserve the right to cancel this program because of insufficient registration.
