Overview

Developing emerging leaders is critical to maintaining a competitive workforce in a dynamic health care environment. Ensure your organization’s future success by investing in the people that drive it. MHA’s Emerging Health Care Leaders class is designed to help you build and invest in your talent pipeline.

This two-day class targets early career professionals and emerging leaders, and helps them gain a deeper understanding of what it means to influence, manage stakeholder relationships and lead teams effectively. Participants will gain awareness and information about their leadership style, including potential challenges, strengths and weaknesses as emerging leaders in your organization. The goal is to increase emerging leaders' effectiveness in their current roles, as well as prepare them for readiness in next-level roles.
