For cancellations received in writing before Thursday, March 5, a full refund — minus a $25 processing fee per registrant — will be granted. Cancellations made after this date and nonattending registrants are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged. We reserve the right to cancel this program because of insufficient registration or inclement weather.
