This meeting addresses the needs and concerns of careLearning users and answers questions for potential users. It provides a forum for local users in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska to exchange information and share experiences about careLearning and careSkills.

careLearning is an internet-based education management solution. Its sole purpose is to develop and deliver a range of just-in-time training and education for health care providers, with the ability to manage and track employee, physician and nonemployee records. careLearning is a nonprofit organization operated by more than 40 state hospital associations and the American Hospital Association. Hospitals that are not using careLearning and would like to learn more about careLearning products and/or e-learning in general, are welcome to attend.

Koby Lee, Ph.D., serves as the director of client success strategies. Lee brings an extensive background in adult education in health care and academic settings, along with a decade of careLearning and careSkills end user experience.

Peggy Engelkemier, R.N. MHA, has served as careLearning’s director of workforce development solutions for more than a decade. Engelkemier has combined her experience and expertise as an educator and leader in a hospital environment to oversee course content and careSkills.
