Overview

If you have difficulty understanding the data-driven type of mind set of Six Sigma, then this webinar is for you! With more than 10 years of HR experience, the instructor will help you understand the thought process for this data-driven methodology and explain the reasons for the difficult-to-understand quantitative methods and measurements.

HR plays a vital role in setting the stage for both small projects and large system processes. Learn how the customer-focused Six Sigma methodology eliminates defects while improving processes in a results-oriented way.

By attending this webinar, you will be able to understand Six Sigma use in health care and other types of process environments. We will explore this data-driven methodology instead of using guess work or intuition. The Six Sigma techniques and tools will be introduced and explained, and practical implementation of these tools and techniques will be emphasized.
