PCSS Offers Online Buprenorphine Waiver Training

Staff Contact: Shawn Billings

One of the barriers to statewide efforts of increasing the number of practitioners able to prescribe buprenorphine has been the ability to offer trainings in a way that makes it more accessible and accommodating. In response, the Providers Clinical Support System developed a free eight-hour buprenorphine waiver course that's entirely online. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners to support statewide efforts of increasing access to pharmacotherapy. Additional information and registration is available online.
