Join HealthCurve Analytics and Apervita this Thursday for a webinar on HealthCurve’s Readmission Penalty Predictor Pilot Program. The pilot program, designed to aid hospitals in identifying patients that are at-risk of an excess readmission, used recent discharge data and a hybrid HIDI proprietary socio-demographic status enriched/CMS methodology to calculate individual inpatient risk scores. HealthCurve partnered with St. Anthony’s Medical Center and Apervita to conduct the program. During the webinar, Brian Waterman, Ph.D., will present the impacts of the readmissions program in Missouri and the results of the pilot study. For more information, please attend one of the upcoming webinars.
