Overview

Mentoring is an important strategy to develop tomorrow’s leaders. Many organizations use mentoring as an integral part of their succession planning as well. If you have benefited from a mentor, then you know the value of someone who can guide you to be successful. Mentoring is a process that establishes opportunities for experienced leaders to provide guidance and direction to aspiring managers, supervisors or staff. Both the mentor and the mentee have responsibility in the mentoring process.

This webinar will present procedural formats, including a mentoring plan worksheet, and provides practical coaching strategies that are effective, easy to implement, and do not take a lot of time. Whether or not your organization has an existing mentoring program, this workshop will get you started in developing tomorrow’s leaders.
