MHA strives to represent the interests of its members in all areas of government, including the federal level. To fulfill this goal, MHA provides support to public policy that assists hospitals and health systems with ensuring continuing quality care to all Missourians. This support includes sending representatives to Washington, D.C., to meet with Missouri's congressional delegation, establishing task forces and working closely with the American Hospital Association.
