MHA Coordinates Information Technology Supplement To AHA Survey

As part of this year’s annual survey process, MHA has coordinated the collection and editing of the 2009 information technology supplement to the American Hospital Association’s annual survey. Missouri hospitals do not need to respond directly to AHA or respond to any outside inquiries about this survey. If you have questions about the supplement survey as submitted, please contact John Hoerner.

Overall, 145 hospitals participated in the information technology survey. Of those, 60 percent currently use an electronic health record system in some manner. HIDI will publish a summary of the findings in July.
