Sponsoring MHA’s convention connects you to all Missouri hospitals, including key decision makers, such as administrators, purchasing directors and facility managers. All sponsors will receive the following benefits. Based on your contribution level, additional benefits are listed for each sponsorship level.

• prime exhibit booth location

• your company listed in MHA’s preconvention flyer (Payment must be received by Monday, May 5, 2008.)

• your company name, description and Web site listed in MHA’s convention program book that is included in all convention attendees’ packets (Payment must be received by Monday, July 7, 2008.)

• complimentary registration for MHA’s Annual Convention & Trade Show

• recognition at all general sessions

• special recognition on convention signage and television promotion through a dedicated channel during the convention

• a link from MHA’s Web site to your Web site until the convention concludes

• inclusion in the banquet video presentation

• the opportunity to promote your company by participating in the sponsor prize drawings

• the opportunity to promote your company in promotional packets distributed to all attendees (To participate, sponsors must provide 1,200 copies to MHA by Friday, Sept. 12, 2008.)

• a mailing list of convention registrants will be provided to your company before the convention for your direct mail/promotion activities
