Significant savings in spot natural gas purchases are available to eligible hospitals in the St. Louis area through the Natural Gas Program offered by MSC and Energy Consulting Inc.

To participate in the program, interested hospitals must sign an agreement that includes depositing the equivalent of one month’s gas bill with MSC and allowing an onsite natural gas survey or telephone survey. Hospitals must provide monthly meter readings and allow MSC and Energy Consulting Inc. access to premises during reasonable hours. A spot gas purchase includes an energy consulting fee and administration fee.

Providers Insurance Consultants (ProCon) was established in 1989 to serve Missouri hospitals and health care clients. ProCon is a full-service insurance agency and broker. The company’s only business is servicing Missouri hospitals in property and casualty insurance and providing all lines of coverage.
